    Hi,

I'd suggest ripping your problem discs with DVD Decrypter instead of shelling out $$ for AnyDVD. I'd also recommend checking out DVD Shrink, it is so much better than Xcopy :)

Jay, I've never had a problem with any movie. Try opening the movie with powerdvd or similar program, run it for a minute or so, then close it out. Then try running platinum. also have you ever updated your aspi layer? This helped me.

Now as although you did as I did, which is purchased Platinum, you really should check out DVDShrink and DVDDecrypter. I actually made the dumb mistake of purchasing both DVDXCOPY Platinum and DVDCloner2. Both are great for just one click copy, and DVDCloner2 is great cause it doesn't have the DVD Backup message that XCopy gives you. But shrink and decrypter are free and produce excellent quality backups.
