I am trying to burn mpegs from my computer to dvd-r 120 min, 4.7GB disk, but am only able to get about 40 min. worth of mpegs on the disk because im going over the 4.7 Gb. Is there any way to compress the mpegs so I can get more on one disk?

Hi Brian, welcome to A/D -

Take your MPEG2 file and run it through TMPGEnc DVD Author to get your IFO's, BUP's and VOB's then take them all in a folder named VIDEO_TS (written just like that, all CAPS) and open it up in DVD Shrink and you'll be good to go.

    cheers,

    Pete
