Actually I find WinDVD is the best for playing divx. I think its better that the divx player itself!

Wonderboy, I can think of a reason you shouldnt use Windows Media Player if you're runnin xp and have a .net passport!

Believe it or not, if you watch a film with media player in xp while on the net, Microsft will hear about it and send some shit mail your way. Trust me, its true. For instance, watch changing lanes and later check out an email that tells you how to find anyone on the net or watch triplex and get info on Cars, Bikes and even Insurance plans. I've noticed that for some time now so I just use WinDVD now.

Try zoom player it works great, i tried:
    Windows media player
    BSPlayer
    DIVXplayer
    The playa
    WinDVD

Zoom player is totaly custumizable, and has a zoom function. and lots more, the best is that it doesnt consume your resources like some other players.
