O.K. I have tried to burn films with AC3 and all I get is the picture, no sound. As this is a common audio format, I need to know, if I just need a codec, or is the problem somthing else. Other audio formats work fine.

    Hiya Pottsy
I'm having the same trouble with a file of mine! I've followed the AfterDawn guides and extracted the ac3 audio using VirtualDub Mod, but when I encode it through TMPEnc, then author through IFOEdit - using the extracted ac3 file for my audio - all I get is the video too - no sound! I've done this twice now, but to no avail.
    If anyone can help...please!

It seems that you need a Dolby Digital 2 Channel Decoder or as Nero would put it a DVD Video plugin

I had this problem, if you don't mind turning your TV volume up to the max there should be sound there.

Nero says that the plugin is in Nero Six, alas I have Nero 6 and still don't have the Plugin. If I find it I will pass on the details
