after splitting Godfather, the movie jerks

After numerous attempts with different guides and movies, I finally got to split the Godfather with the guide from 'doom 9'. Everything seemed to go okay and after the editing with 'ifoedit', I played the first part of the movie. It started out fine, but by chapter 3, the movie started to jerk and by the end, the picture was really a mess. I tried to find this problem in the forum and did a search, but of course, this could only happen to me. Does anyone has any idea what I may have done wrong or what the problem might be? I didn't even bother with the second half of the movie. Thank you.
