Prevent crashing of savegames in Silent Hill 3 Geforce4 MX 3D-analyze

Here is how I got my Silent Hill 3 game to work with my GeForce 4 Go on my laptop.
1. Load game with the 3d-analyse.
2. Create one new unadultered game. Heather would be at the beginning of the amusement park.
3. Save this game in slot 1.
4. For subsequent progress, pls save in the other slots.
5. When you re-start the game, always load slot 1. Then load the other slots.
Result? No crash!
