Ftp files from mac os 9 to xbox!

    Hey if anyone can help me, I want to know how can i ftp files from my macintosh(OS 9) to my xbox? What programs do i have to use? If you cant tell me where to get it beacuse its against the rules its ok ill get the programs myself if you cant tell. What cables do i have to use to transfer the files? Thanks in Advance!

    use tranmit to ftp http://www.panic.com/transmit/

    cables:
    3 TYPES
    1.CROSSOVER CABLE
    2.A HUB WITH 2 STRAIGHT ETHERNET CABLES
    3.A ROUTER WITH 2 STRAIGHT ETHERNET CABLES
