DVDR Backups skip and take forever to load. Help

I reacently backuped my fightnight 2004 and it takes like 5 mins to load. And voices are out of sync. Is there any thing i could do or am i screwed. Oh yeah i use a flip top. any help would be much appreciated.

Try burning to a good media brand like Fujifilm, Ritek, or Memorex. Also make sure you burn at the slowest speed possible and you create an image file to the HD first.

What are you using to burn them with and what type of media are you using. I have been backing up games for over a year with DVD Decrypter and using memorex media and have never had a problem.

Im using some random dvdr brand called khypermedia. I was using alchohol 120% but in the forums people keep saying to use DVD Decrypter. So thats what i is using now.

i also use Ritek and Memorex. They work fine.
