I am using your guide for ripping DVD's to VCD and adding permanent subtitles. I am following the guide to the letter. When I get to the preview video window, I don't have any subtitles showing (and I've looked at many frames where they should be. Where o where am I screwing up? Anything to do with alignment or colors? Please help!! Ivabiggun

Sorry, stole the nick from an old Benny Hill episode! I have tried burning three times and have never gotten the subtitles. The BMP's do show up in the folder that I saved it all in. Iva
