Hi there, I am having a BIG problem viewing videos I took using a Flipshare camera! So at some point I converted the Mp4 files to Zip, so dumb! Anyway, the tech support at Flipshare told me to convert the Zip files to Mp4 files and then import the files back into the Flipshare program. Can anyone help me do this? I downloaded WinZip but it doesn't seem to be unzipping the files!? I'm sooo confused, PLEASE help!!

If you double click on the .zip file does it show the contents.?
If you right click on the .zip file does it not give the option to extract the contents?

It does not show the contents or give the option to extract... Not sure what else I can try!? Do you think this means the files are damaged?

Not sure if this is important, but when I double-click on the file it prompts the Flipshare program. But nothing happens after that...

What program did you use to zip the files in the first place.

I'm not to sure. I think I just right-clicked the files and compressed them. I was just trying to fit more files on a memory stick.

You can should be able to right click on the file and extract the contents.
Or try left double clicking to see what pops up.

Download 7-Zip to extract the contents, it is free.

First unzipped your files by right clicking it then select extract. Now if you really need to convert your files to .mp4 you can use Total Video Converter. Hope we did help you and don't hesitate to ask questions. :)
