I couldn't find enough specifics searching through the forums. I have an SVCD that is in PAL, and I need to either: 1, convert it into an NTSC SVCD, or 2, make an NTSC Divx file out of it. Can anyone give me any insights on how to do this? I appreciate it.
I don't mean to be posting in my own thread but I couldn't find the edit option (If there is one. But I wouldn't be surpised if I just missed it entirely). Anywho, I think the problem may be with the file; it says the video file itself is an MPEG, but it locks up Media Player and aviCODEC as well. Is that normal? at the end of your post ( to the far right ) there is a pen and pad.If you click that on you will then be able to edit your posts. As to your other problem you could try cucusofts avi to vcd/dvd/svcd located below.It also converts PAL and NTSC formats and is relatively easy to use.Works with xvid divx avi files http://www.avi-vcd.com
