I recently got a dell computer that came with Sonic RecordNow software....my problem is that i have tried to copy and burn on Verbatim CD-R and even though the program says the cd was created successfully, none of my cd players will play it, not even the computer, but when i used a different brand of cd, it worked just fine.....Anyone know whats up with that???!?
1.What speed did you burn the disc at? 2. I assume you were burning a regular 'ol DataCD? 3. What's the ATIP on the Verbatim discs? CDRIdentifier allows you to read the ATIP on a blank cdr(w) (ATIP is essentially a code embedded into a CDR(W) that allows you to identify what company actually manufacturered the disc (as opposed to what company marketed it). For more info visit http://www.cd-rw.org/software/cdr_software/cdr_tools/cdridentifier.cfm 4. Might it be an ASPI issue? http://www.hazza.dsl.pipex.com/faq.htm#ASPI

I don't have any of the info regarding burn speed or ATIP right now, because i am at work...and i am just wanting to burn music cd's that will play. (sorry about the multi post too) thanks
