Has anyone successfully backed up SYPHONE FILTER:OMEGA STRAIN???

I backed up Syphon Filter: Omega Strain using dvd-decrypter and i use a flip top with Swap magic dvd 2.0
It does boot up ok but when sometimes it just hangs every now and then on some loading screens or when i start a mission...... and it skips like crazy on the intro movie.
I have a version 1 ps2 (yeah its so old its ancient) and i haven't had any other problems with other backed up games.
is anyone having the same problem ???

my backup of syphon filter works fine on my v7 ps2,it seems your ps2 is struggling to read your backup for some reason you could try re-burning at a slower speed or try a different brand of media or maybe just a laser clean will help

I think your PS2 is just old and ancient. It's reaching the end of it's life.
