hi im a noob when it came to this. i jus downgraded to a 1.5.
i ve downloaded the fastloader 0.7
i dl coded arms and BOF3. but they are all in .rar formats.
can some kind person kindly share with me in detail on where to put which file coz i see many types like the SYSDIR and the USRDIR. pls help me coz im so lost.
also what does dumping mean? (this is from fastloader 0.7)
thanks to any kind person who replies. ill be going back to camp so i wont be back till the weekend. till then i hope to get great replies by anyone! God bless..

It's best if you download Fastloader 0.8c aka UMDLOADER. Then you have to make iso's out of the files you have. An iso should have 2 things in it, a UMD_DATA.BIN file and a file containing the game. That file is mostly called PSP_GAME or something like the game name like DTR_GAME and APE_GAME and stuff like that.
It gets way more complicated when you actually have to make the Iso. It's best to download the game as an iso file that you can directly put on the PSP. But if you dont have the iso you have to use this programme called vcdromx. Download that programme (here http://www.iiscn.com/download.php?id=e1&ver=4.1&url=hjh98 ) And then put the 2 files (.bin and the file containing the game) in the right side of the screen and start making a VCD file. After that .VCD file is finished use the same programme to convert it into an iso file. When you're done put that ISO file in de Root directory of the PSP in a file you must name ISO. You have to make the psp like this:

And when you select UMD EMULATOR from the menu screen. You have to scroll up and change the load method. you hav direct load, and other stuff, you must choose menu load, and then you scroll down to the iso and press X (before pressing X put any umd in the PSP) . You will then go to the menu, if the iso is a working one you will see a UMD icon in the menu. If you choose it it will start the iso game instead of whatever the UMD is. Keep the umd in it when you play;)

@mhemed...hey you can use any UMD_DATA.BIN file to make an ISO...ONLY IF you use UMDEMULATOR V0.08c with "System Menu" set as the option for ISO Emulation Mode...DON'T USE Direct Load(won't work)...the emulator just needs some umd data to trick it into emulating the umd...
@cjcoled...depends on how big the movie is...Sin City took friggin' forever...about a couple of hours(used PSPVideo9 to convert to PSP)

anybody know how to get a gba emulator running. i have all the files installed it goes to the psp screen then to a black screen then back to the psp menu. it doesnt even say "The Game cannot be started"

I Have two games Super Mario Advance and ff 1&2 Dawn of Souls. i used the downgrader to get to 1.5 firmware. i have a nes emulator a sega emulator and snes emulator there is abpout 50 roms total for the emulators all together.

Hey there. Can anyone help me please. I have been trying to run the loader for Smart Bomb and a few others. I followed the intructions correctly but the game does not run. It seems to be reading the memory stick but never ends reading. When the read me's say to name the folder PSP_GAME dir. to another name, i get confused because the folder that I unzipped is already named. Can someone plese help me.
Smart Bomb - NO UMD LOADER directions

Copy the PSP_GAME directory to SMB_GAME
Copy included BOOT.BIN to SMB_GAME/SYSDIR
Copy the included PRX directory to COMMON/PRX
Copy the two SMARTBOMB dirs to PSP/GAME/
Dir structure as follows:

-- COMMON
------PRX
------- all prx files
-- SMB_GAME
------SYSDIR
------- boot.bin
-- PSP
------ GAME
------ SMARTBOMB
------ SMARTBOMB%
Game should work with NO UMD required.

alright everyone...here's a simple way to play the iso's you have...QUIT using the launchers made specifically made for that game and START using Fastloader and Devhook(Hookboot) launchers..they are quicker, easier, and more reliable....

hey can some one please help me i have a psp and need to create an iso of my umd games so i can back them up? sorry if this question has been answered befor but i cant find it any where or a program to do this thankyou! it only tells me how to put an iso onto my psp. someone please help im only 22 and have a daughter that recks all me shit please HELP ME !!!!

alright...i'm stepping out for a few days(have to clear my head and work on a few ripkits for some games....and i will share all ripkits i have...too many questions flying at me from everywhere and need to get somethings done first....(right now the best ripkit i have is a Marvel Nemesis ripkit...that I CREATED...to fit on the 256mb mem stick(nothing cutout)...and one to fit on the 128mb(with only a few noises...cut out...won't notice them)...)here is the basic three things you will need for all of your psp troubles...
First off you need a psp with the Firmware version 1.50...this is the only firmware that fastloader will run on...for all with firmware version 1.0, you can grab Devhook(Hookboot Launcher)V.22, it will load up iso image files for the 1.0 ...
how to install:
FASTLOADER V0.07
+PSP(also on the ROOT DIRECTORY)

To convert PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.bin file to an ISO(use the program in my link...that's what this guide is based off of):
Vcdromx
download it and once you extract it...look for an icon called "VcdromX"...(I'm going to use Fifa as an example in this guide) open this file up and a window will pop up on the screen type in "C:\Fifa" and make sure that the "FCD" button is checked...now click the left "??" on the bottom..now go to the folder where you have the "PSP_GAME" and "UMD_DATA.BIN" files\folders and DRAG them over to the right side of the "VcdromX" window...once this is done go to the top left corner and look for a box marked "??F", click on this and then go down to where it says "????(B)" click on this..a window will pop up click "OK"...this will start to convert this file to an ".FCD" file...now once this is done go back to the top left corner and to the "??F" box..this time go down to where it says "??????C"..this will bring up another pop up window click on the folder icon on the top box and go to the C:\ and look for the file labeled "Fifa.FCD"...now click open or double click on that file and it will put that name in the pop up window that showed up...now click on the top right box ( next to the folder looking icon) labeled "??" and it will start to create an iso image file for you...you will have to close this window out because it will stay stuck on 100% once finished..but once it reaches 100% it is ok to close it...

@evenflow: I've got that winning eleven iso (I do have the game ,but, I wasn't sure how big the dump would be) but I can't get it to work. I'm on fastloaders menu and at the bottom it says the lfc-we9.iso ,but i select it it just shows the fast loader background and it doesn't load. And with Umd loader it says the .iso at the bottom but it just goes back to the psp home screen.I also have dev hook but i'm really not sure how to use that either.Thanks in advanced
