    hey,
im trying to remember the cartoon from the 80's where you had crimefighters and bits moulded onto them, so if they wanted to fly, a jet kind of thing would kinda strap onto them! Think you had a submarine one, a bike etc...
    Anyone have a clue?

Alright, I think the cartoon you're after is Centurians, can't remember much about it but they were all fairly colourful (one guy in yellow, one in green, one in blue etc).

While i'm here I might as well list my favourite cartoons of the time, if only to amuse myself. In no particular order:

    The Real Ghostbusters
    Dungeons and Dragons
    Thundercats
    Mask
    Transformers
    He-man
    Pole Position
    Pidgeon Street
    Jimbo
    Henry's Cat
    Mr Ben
    Huxley Pig
    Gummy Bears
    Shoe People
    Supergran
    Dangermouse
    Count Duckula
    Bananaman
    Superted
    Raggy Dolls
    Rhoobarb and Custard etc. etc.

Sorry, got carried away. I don't even know what this site is, I stumbled upon it while searching Gummy Bears on google at work - I'm that bored.

By the sounds of it , you are a fellow brit [some of the cartoon selections such as Rhubarb & Custard give it away] lol !: ]-~

I have posted images & signature tunes to some of those cartoons mentioned earlier in this thread ... plus some facts (something about there only being 12 different Mr Benn TV episodes , even tho everyone always thinks there was more ... as it was shown for yrs)

Anyway , welcome ... even if it is only while you're bored :)

Cheers, this message board already seems a lot friendlier than the music sites I sometimes go on.

I am a fellow Brit and by the looks of it you're a fellow stoner!

Okay I have two shows I am looking for or maybe thier movies I have no idea. The first one from what I remember was about someone living on a tiny planet or such with a flower or rose that bloomed and a little woman lived in it.. If anybody knows the name, please tell me!! The other cartoon I am trying to remember is about these fairy like creatures that have thier wands stolen and all I remember is in the end, when the evil villain is thwarted she starts crying and her earrings begin to grow into branches...I am at a lost as too the names or any real details...If anybody can help I would appreciate it. Thanks..

HELP! My husband & I have been going crazy for years cuz it seems that we're the only ones that remember this cartoon - There's a dog and a man that get hit by a car or something, and an ambulance gets the transfusions wrong "Plasma - Dog Plasma" and they switch personalities. The dog is sitting at the table and drinking coffee and says "Hey Mary - make me some eggs" It would be so great if someone could clue me in to the name of this cartoon. Anyone else recall this one? Thanks much:)

OMG, I forgot another classic, Pac-Man and Pals. I always loved that Toon! Also, cant forget about "the adventures of Gumby and Pokey", not quite a cartoon, but close enough. I remember gumby in his hayday, "He once was a green ball of Clay, GUMBY!"

    hi guys, great forum.

ive been reading through and it certainly brought back great memories for me =] 1 of my all time favs was Pole position and i have recently decided to start collecting the classics on dvd or vhs.. but no where seems to have this cartoon anymore. my friends suggested a P2P network, but ive tried and even they dont have it. Can someone help me by telling me where i can download episodes?. I tried ebay and have bidded on 1 video of pole position but it only has 2 episodes, a video was released with 10 episodes on and thats the 1 i would really like. jeez im 25 and already thinking of my childhood like im an old woman lol
