When viewing the bitrate of some songs via the folder, and sorting by bitrate and actually hitting properties and viewing the bitrate all my songs are 320kbps. However when I view the same songs in iTunes and hit view by bitrate some songs have dropped the bitrate and they aren't 320 anymore. I was just wondering which would be correct in showing the bitrate. All files are in .mp3 format as well.
Bit rates do not just drop off. I would guess itunes would be wrong. It is a very marginal application. Its makers figure the users are morons. If you install dbPowerAmp that will give you an accurate reading.
