i need help with the XBIT modchip

i need help with an XBIT mod chip

i was planning on buying one because of my lack of knowledge of soldering. i need to know a couple things, or a tut would be nice:

1. how am i supposed to flash the chip with the correct BIOS.
2. what am i supposed to do with the software that came with the chip?
3. will any version of EVOX dash work?
4. i need a bios so i can swap the HDD.

have u found the ilegal bios yet?it's just that i recently bought a xbit modchip and am having some trouble finding the software for the chip.

i need help with my xbit. i see the green LED on my xbit but when it goes to write, or read, or erase the xbit.exe bios program freezes after the LED goes out on xbit

 

try using another comp.i had the same problem when using a friends pc.supposedly a common prob with xp or chipset supposedy.however saying that i aslo run xp just depends on your chipset i suppose.working like a dream now though.
