Duplicate headings on apps and games on evo3935

I just installed metal slug 3 and some emulators on my stock hard drive and for some reason instead of showing one folder it shows two. I did a similar install an my friends xbox and it only showed one. Does anybody know how to fix this? It did not take up double the space, and it doesn’t give me any problems, its just a little irritating.

 

you probably need to edit your .ini file so that they only show up once on the menu.

 

Edit it how? Im pretty familiar with the the ini. But the funny thing is it only does it on certain xbox’s. I have a ver. 1.0 I think. My friends might have a newer one. Could this be the problem.

 

If it shows two games on it, then just use boXplorer, or FTP to your box and delete the extra. Your evox.ini has nothing to do with the version of your box. Transfer it to pc with FlashFXP, if you want to ever edit it.

 

There are a lot of guides on eduting the evox.ini file. i mention editing that because that has been the problem with mine when things have shown up twice on the menu just let me know if you need the url to a good guide
