Do you guys know of a good bios for a 256k chip and 120gig hard drive? I currently am using the EvoxM7 but I want something that can read my backups. I am currently switching off between Avalaunch and Evox, seeing which one is better, too. Thanks.
Eh I'm not too happy with evox, I'm kinda liking Avalaunch. What are the perks to unleashx Also, I already have an Xecuter bios, only its 4983, not 4981.
if you have your box online,stay with avalaunch. If you wanna switch to avalaunch without alot of work,just ftp all your avalaunch files into the drive where your evox is right now,then ftp a copy of your evoxdash.xbe file to your computer for backup. Now delete the evoxdash.xbe file thats in your box and then rename the avalaunch.xbe to evoxdash.xbe and now it should boot to avalaunch at startup. If your file names are different,then change accordingly. If you ever want to change back to evox for some reason,just do the steps in reverse...kinda.
