Can you buy a pre modified ps2 console and if so were is the best place.

Yes, you can buy a premodded PS2 console

The best place would NOT be online and should be a shop or something near you that you have easy access to. Make sure the shop doesn't look dodgy as well :P

Don't mean to break the rules, but pirate shops usually mod PS2s as well.
