xbox runs slow sometimes

    hi,

    i have a modded box with a 7200rpm hdd. i have backups of my games on it. Sometimes during gameplay, i notice my xbox lags a bit. It gets annoying sometimes becuase it isnt running smooth. i've heard something about deleting cached files on one of the xbox hdd partitions? is this true? i dont wanna delete anything till im sure.

    The 7200rpm HD doesn't make a difference than a 5400rpm in an Xbox. You can delete all the files in the X,Y,&Z drive partions.
