compress .avi help

i need to know how to burn a 705mb .avi file to a 700mb cd-r without losing much quality

 

in nero, you might want to try overburn feature.

there is risk, try read it up, already discussed

 

i heard u can compress woth virtualdub but i am not sure how, any help?

compressing a compressed video is bad with a capital B. i wouldn't suggest it. how about cutting off the credits. vdub can do that too.
