Can anyone help whit info about how can i make from DVD or DivX -> VCD/SVCD whit AC3 sound not just stereo
Svcd and dvd wouldn't be standard with ac3 audio. Use XviD instead if you're interested! http://www.afterdawn.com/articles/archive/copy_dvd_to_xvid.cfm
I won't create XviD becouse i want to make VCD/SVCD whit AC3 burn into CD and then play on my Home DVD player whit surround quality of sound. Like VCD/SVCD that i bouth from Movie-Shop.
As Dela said it wouln't be standard. But if you insist just don't decode it to wav at any stage. Make sure to change the setting in TMPGEnc so it doesn't decode and also the one in dvd2avi.
And remember with Mpeg-1 video use Mpeg-1 layer 2 audio if you are going to try this! However your dvd player might refuse to load it because it's not standard compilant!
