Hi all. Was using Nero 5.5.9.9 to burn CD-R without any problems. Have TDK 16/10/40XA running under Win98. The only thing I've done since last burn is to install (USB) cable modem. Is in standby when trying to burn. Receive timeout error between 5-8%, and have no clue why! Background programs (antivirus, internet security) are disabled. Haven't installed any other CD burning software. Did try upgrade from 5.5.9.9 to 5.5.9.14 but same problem. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.
