I just bought a Halo special edition xbox and i just recieved an Xenium ICE chip. It came with a solderless adapter. I'm sure I put it in right but it doesn't show up when I turn on the system. I think I have version 1.5 motherboard. I'm not sure if I have to solder. Can anyone help me.
I believe 1.5 boxes don't supply power or ground to the lpc ports. Go to xbox-scene for tutorials on, a) how to be sure you have a 1.5, and b) where to get power and ground.
