    i'm interested i have avi file and it's doesn't say if it's NTSC or PAL, do avi files got NTSC or PAL??

    No they don't, they are just MPEG4 AVIs and can have whatever resolution or framerate they are made with.
    NTSC and PAL are different television standards from the 1950's.
    They didn't have high resolution non-interlaced displays back then.
    PAL has higher resolution, but NTSC has higher refresh rate.
    NTSC on a modern non-interlaced monitor is still wonderful to view, if you have previously seen only television. But it is basically 640x480 quality.
    HD will be a welcome improvement :)
