    alot of people want to be mods, trust me it aint all it's cracked up to be. 100,000+ members and only 14 mods, it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Here's the way it works, we throw up recommendations to the admins when they tell us they are about to start looking into making a few more mods. Then it's up to them. I know they were looking into it recently and will probably do something within the next few months. Usually it's the senior members that become mods since the seniors are also hand picked by the admins and member status is automatic, but you never know.
