i have just downloaded EvolutionX V2.5 E-Boot.bin and D-tool cant open it and i cant seem to find a program that can open it enyone know a prog that can open this file ?
i have triyd to burn the bin file with nero but my xbox cant read it... but i think i have to put a dummy file on the cd but how do i do that when its a image ?
E-Boot? Hmm I don't know what that is. But anyway, try burning it onto a CD-RW or DVD/R/RW disc instead. The dummy file is some really big file to take room on a disc so that the Xbox can recognize the burnt disc more easily. When you burn the disc, beside the evox, put some extra .mpeg files, .avi files, .exe files and burn. 500MB combined should be good. G'luck.
XISO Explorer. This disc is in XISO format. Or more specifically, an ISO format that only the Xbox reads. You can extract Xbox disc images with XISO Explorer. You can find it on Xbox-Scene under the "Tools" section. Or by Googleing it. There are other tools out there but I found this program to be the most noob friendly.
