Can some1 let me know what programs i need to make backup copies for my xbox games. Also, let me knoe of any programs i will need to do other stuff with the mod chip and what i have to ftp, thnx. Any sites would be soo helpful. Most of these ? have been already answered but it would take a long time to search everywhere since this site is huge. Alos i was wondering about xbc how i get it n how it works?

To burn games you will need, a modchip installed in your xbox, a different dash eg evo-x, a pc with network card, a crossover cable, flash fxp so you can ftp into your xbox, burning software such as nero and craxion or similar to create an xiso. 1)You will need to have a different dash installed 1st before you can ftp. 2)when you have done this you will need to have your game in your xbox and ftp it over to your pc (with a crossover cable) using flashfxp. 3)it will have to be in xiso format, use craxion for this. 4)then use nero or whatever to burn the your created xiso to a dvd. You will now have created a backup of your game! And xbconnect you can get from www.xbconnect.com, once you have downloaded it connect your xbox and pc with a crossover cable then you will need xbconnect to find your xbox by clicking on find my xbox. Then play your game what you want to play and hey presto. This works buy tricking your xbox into thinking it is playin on a lan, but in fact you are playing all around the world.
Ok, Thanks alot but Some1 told me i needed Qwix to make backups of games will this come to use? Also how do you install a diff dash? does it cost?
You can use qwix instead of craxion, i prefer craxtion but many others prefer qwix. Getting a dash is simple, burn it onto a cd-rw/dvd-r put it in your xbox and save it onto your harddrive. You need to look for it yourself though as i cannot tell you. Search slayers auto installer 2.5 on google, this will be easier for you as you are new.
Is there any special place i could get a crossover cable such as modchipman.com? Or at a local store such as radio shack or electronics boutique?
You can get them from any pc place really. I dont live in america, but i think they should sell them in radio shack. Make sure it is a cross-over cable, look at the 2 ends, the wires shouldnt be in the same place as the other end, Make sure they look different.
