I there any way I can change an mkv file from a 720x464 to 720x392?
I hope I am in the correct forum for this.
    Can anyone help?
    I would appreciate it.
    Thank you

It involves re-encoding the video; I would try AviDemux.

    http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_video/video_tools/avidemux.cfm

Load or drag the video into AviDemux then click 'File' > 'Information'.
The 'Properties' popup lists the codecs used in the source.
Set the left hand side 'Video' menu to the same codec as the source. (
Example: if Properties lists the video codec is 'AVC1', set the side menu to 'Mpeg4 AVC'.
Now click the 'Filters' button for the Video Output.
In the Filters Manager screen, select 'Transform' > 'Resize'.
In the resize menu, uncheck 'Lock aspect ratio' and insert the values you want.
Click 'OK' and 'Preview' to see what the output will look like then 'Close'.
Back at the main screen, click 'File' > 'Save' and give the output a name.

All I got - good luck.
