I have an avi movie which is 14.985 frames per second, how am i supposed to convert this to dvd. Is it pal or ntsc etc. I checked with Avi codec and it said quality quality is 12% ansd it has 1 audio stream. Video is: MPeg4 version 3 audio is mp3. anyway how shall i convert it? Can tmpgenc plus do it? Cheers
i think the coder decimate from 30fps to 15fps. its for pc viewing purpose. you can add frames to 30. i've never done this, so i'm not sure. in tmpg in the frame rate drop down, when you choose 3:2 pulldown, there is an option 14.985 to play it back internally at 29.976fps. lets hope your player can play it.
