    Hi,

I'v got an AVI(DivX3 Low Motion, AC3 2ch) that I want to convert to a SVCD using TmpgEnc the problem is that TmpgEnc hangs everytime the encoding is about to start.

I know it's because of the audio it does that because if i encode only video it's all okey.

Also if i put the Directshow Multimedia File Reader VFAPI to second place instead of first it works encoding but then i don't get my subtitles hard encodec in to the video, which i want.

Any1 know how to solve this?

I know that you should seperate the sound from the video when dealing with ac3 but i've been able to encode ac3 video directly in tmpgenc before.

i just have reinstalled my computer and after this it dosn't work anymore so guess that it's some codec or setting im missing.

i use ffdShow, AC3-filter, the Real XviD and DivX3 codecs.
