chip wont flash

i installed an executer 2.3b lite and i got the mode flashing screen..i tried m7, m8, and 4983 and on every one i get a message that says bios update found then the next line says "unknown flash! halting". Someone please help me even if you have to tell me that im screwed because i do not know what to do....Please Help.

Did you choose a bank size before you flash? (256KB, 512KB, 1MB?)
