Will not burn using Nero, because it exceeds file size limitations

    Okay, I have a file that I encoded using TMPGEnc 3 Express. I encoded a 700 mb file to a NTSC DVD and it became 3.65 gb. I went to burn it using Nero 6 and it says that it exceeds 4.7 gigs. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this and is there another program I can try to burn it?
