   ok so ive got the xbit mod chip and im tring to install it but when i connect the D0 points on the chip to the mother board the xbox doesn't work right, it tries to start but shuts it self off. what am i doing wrong????

   have u put a bios on the chip yet? if u did check the dip settings.
