I just installed the xenium solderless. I can ftp to the xbox with out any of the ftp programs. Is this correct. I read somewhere that you can just drag the xbox d: file to the pc and save it that way. Then use Recordnow to burn the disc. Flash ftp shows the drives but with no data on the drives. Smart ftp does the same. Do I need to flash the chip or use the OS that comes with the chip.
I have the Xenium too but never got the FTP to work so I did everything by cd but I have done alot of reading. Have you checked to make sure the Gateway IP is the same as the Gateway IP on Xenium OS? Is the FTP on the Xbox set to "On" The network software on the pc is recognizing the xbox? Try using the IP addresses below, Gateway : 192.168.100.10 Xbox IP : 192.168.100.1
