I am currently using x-oom's DivX2DVD software as I am complete noob at this kind of thing. I have numerous DivX files that this software fails to recognise. All of my files are in avi format. Have had limited success with a couple of files, But mostly I get error messages. I have visited the online support section of x-oom but they don't even have this product listed. Any help would be appreciated.
Try DivFix. Run your files through it and it will scan and fix any errors. You can do a quick search for divfix on this site and find the download link
Checked them all and they're ok. My copy of x-oom divx2dvd is from 2003, Could it possibly be that it isn't up to date with any new divx releases?
ive never used divx2dvd. i use TMPGenc. havent had any trouble with that...give it a try. if not try updating ur current software and/or codecs.
