audio problems

After I converted the movie to an mpeg1 in flaskmeg when i tried to play the vcd the sound was about 3 seconds behind, is there anyway of fixing this? thanks to all who responds!

Try using the VCD Galaxy rip pack instead. It's very nice and straightforward and produces excellent results:
