is there any dvd ripper available which can connect two ore more computers together for dvd ripping over a local area network. i think about a 100MBits/s (Fast Ethernet) Network

For what specific task you need this? Do you want to rip the DVD from other computer's DVD-ROM to your harddrive because you have more free HDD space? Or do you want to spread the actual MPEG-1 or MPEG-4 encoding for multiple machines?

i want to split the ripping-task on two or more computeres. so i hope to speed up the work with connecting computers together
