USED SMARTRIPPER, WHAT'S BEST NOW?

I've used smartripper and have a 4.5gb file on my hard drive. What is the best (and most simple) way to change to mpeg-4 at the best possible quality?

if u haven't used flaskMPEG yet do that. but ifnot use virtualdub
