Problem "Sleep"?

    Does anyone know what this running task is? It will not let me end it and i don't know if it is some kind of virus or what since i can't find anything about it in google. I feel like my computer is slower then normal and i think this may be the culprit. Any way to get rid of it?

    Thanks for the input. I tried that and it did not work. After further research i found that this task/process is associated with a adware app called SSN(Save Serp Now) which was installed on my computer. After removing it from add/remove programs the "sleep" task is gone and well as the "ssn" process.

    Very good, I'm glad you found it and it uninstalled ok..
    I had not heard of SSN but that's not unusual, there are new adwares popping up every day.. :mad:

    Yes, I do.. When I hadn't heard of it, it wasn't part of everything. Now that I have heard of it and know how to fix it, I still Know Everything...... Huh? o_O
