I get this error message when I tried to play some .avi files that I download with bittorrent. I tried installing some more codecs by dling Nimo's Codec Pack on VCDHelp.com. That didn't work either. Is there a way to tell what I need in order to play these particular AVI files?

Come on, people. I know that someone out there must have had this problem before and figured out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm suprised that you didn't find the answer yet, it's all over this board. To find out what codec's you need get Gspot, from the software section of this site. Also you should probably stay away from loading codec packs, many people report problems with that. Hope it helps.
