I have the older USB in my computer. I see my new DVD burner uses the newer 2.somethingorother. Though I doubt this is a concern, and I'm sure it will still work fine, is there anyway to boost my USB output to get the most to this burner?
    Just curious.
    Thanks

    Thanks Flip218.
It's that simple eh? And cheap too! Can I still use older ports for my other ,older USB gear without any conflicts AND use the 2.0 also?
    Thanks
    Don

Yes use 1.1 on your older ports, and 2.0 is usually backward compatible ... so they will run at 1.1 :)
