    Yes.

Using DVDrebuilder in conjuntion with CCEsp/Basic is probably the easiest method of converting widescreen letter box to 16:9 enhanced. DVDrebuilder has a built in "advanced" option to convert 4:3 wdiescreen to 16:9.

There is an excellent guide to DVDrebuilder/cce basic on this site here :-

    http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/dvd_rebuilder_tutorial.cfm

This "advanced" option is not indicated in the above guide but it is simple to find it IE (options/avs options/advanced (expert) options/convert from LB4:3 to 16:9. This whole process may seem daunting at first but trust me it is SIMPLE!!

DVDrebuilder is freeware but CCE basic costs money approx $58 (£32). Trust me it is well worth the investment.
