16 bit windows Subsystem error

    I am trying to install Adobe premiere 6.5 and Adobe Photoshop from Disk but I keep coming up with this error and I am not sure what the problem is.....
    16 bit Windows Subsystem
    C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
    The system file is not suitable for running MS DOS and microsoft windows applications
    Choose 'close' to terminate application

    Does anyone know how I can get my software to install?

    Go in C\Windows\Repair ----- > locate autoexec.nt --> right click it and copy -- then go to your C:\Windows\System32 folder and paste it there to replace the one you have there.
