Please someone help me. This is the 9 th time in two months experiencing this error whenever I install an erlier version software. The problem now seems to be solved by copying the autoexec.nt file from the repair file in windows to sytem32 file, but please can someone tell me why whenever I restart my pc the autoexec.nt file in system32 disappears, so I have to copy it again from repair to system 32...this is crazy, can someone please tell me how can the autoexe.nt file stays in system32 for good....please in need of an urgent reply
