    i have a question what if i had to reformat my comp how would i be able to install the program again? does the company have a cd?

    You would have to check their web site to see if its offered on a CD. Some companies have that option, some don't.

    I forgot to mention that you could save the download to a CD-R or RW to keep for backup. I do that with all my downloads. They are also saved to my second hard drive.

    does 1 click dvd copy work just as easy as x copy ? , and is it even better quality ?

    Don't buy it. Go to the softwear section at the top of this page and download DVD Decrypter and Shrink for nothing. I use DVD Decrypter and Nero Recode 2 which came with my burner.
