You would use ISObuster or similar app to extract the mpg(s) from within.
Then encode with whatever encoder you have (to MPEG2 DVD complaint , so correct screen res & 48,000Hz audio)
TMPGEnc DVD Author to convert to VOB format (it'll burn for you aswell or use Nero etc)

when i connect the mpg's with DV-Tool... it doesnt give the correct time, and it gets messed up where it is supposed to be connected... do u know how to fix this, or is there any other program i can use... i am currently trying MPEG2VCR, but if i want good quality without skips, its going to take about 15 hours to save it...

I would extract w/ ISObuster , then encode mpg to MPEG2 (dvd complaint) with MainConcept MPEG Encoder ... after a couple of hrs I'd then convert to VOB format using TMPGEnc DVD Author [then burn-baby-burn] :)

TMPGEnc DVD Author will merge the two files during it's conversion to VOB format btw...
