I have just had a DVD Burner installed in my comp and have a few questions.

First I am using Nero 6.6.0.0

    1. Is it possible to make a multisession video dvd?

    2. How do I change the recording mode ie HQ, SP, LP,EP and SLP?

    3. What is the fastest Video converter out there?

    Thanks!

    kylie,

the only one of these that i might have an answer for is number one. im saying no. evenw hen using a dvdrw disc nero always has the "finalize disc" option clicked, and greyed out so i cannot change it.

    good luck!

Kylie i had a thought, with the record modes, i don't know if there is a set use this, and it will encode for lp, or whatever, i think it would be based on the compression ratio in like dvd shrink.

    i stress "i think".
**edited because i thought i could answer another question**

    1. No, Some of those stand-alone recorders can though.
2.These are not really available options when burning. It does relate to how much you are putting on a disc. A typical movie fills a DVD-5 using a reasonable amount of compression.
    3. Probably one of the studio quality converters from Main Concept....If you could explain what you mean by Video converter...Generally >Speed=>$$$

Your Nero is a bit outdated, 6.6.0.3 is the latest.
