I have tried authoring the HDTV captures from satellite to Dual Layer discs and I am getting stuttering. I have read the instructions on avsforum.com and followed them all. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm not sure if it's the 360 HD-DVD drive that is the problem. The video doesn't stutter on my PC, just on my 360. Any suggestions would help.

what brand of Dual layer discs are you using? Anything other than Verbatim and you will have problems.

I am using Verbatim. I have also tried using DVD-R with the same results.

That's funny.Maybe it's in the way you are Authoring the captures. It might act proper with your computer since it was done on the computer and your HD DVD player is having a hard time distinguishing the chapters.
